Who runs this site
cameronimpastato.com is Cameron Impastato’s portfolio, operated by Sound Thought LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas, USA. Contact: hi@selectbnbs.com. We give our registered address and the name of our representative on request.
What we measure for every visitor
Our own server records the pages you view, how far you scroll, your time on each page, which sections you view and where the links you tap lead. Link addresses are kept without their queries or fragments, and for an email link we record only that it was an email link.
It also records the referring site, any campaign tags in the link you arrived from, your browser’s language, basic device information, the IP address of the request and the approximate location derived from it. Our web server logs each request with its IP address too.
This runs for all visitors, whether you accept, decline or make no choice. It uses no cookies and no long-lived browser ID: a short session number stays in your browser tab until you close it. We use it to see which work people look at and to keep the site running well.
What accepting adds
Accepting adds Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which use cookies. Google Analytics measures traffic and events on the site, with Google signals and ad personalization turned off, and keeps event data for 14 months. Clarity records how visitors use pages, including session recordings, heatmaps and dead clicks, with its Balanced masking setting on.
Accepting also stores a random visitor ID in your browser to recognize return visits. Google and Microsoft handle this data under their own terms: see Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Your choice
Your choice is stored in your browser and we record each accept or decline. Accepting lasts until you clear it or change it. Declining keeps Google Analytics and Clarity off, and we may ask again after 24 hours. You can change it at any time under Analytics choices, also in the footer of every page.
Other services on this site
Reels play in Instagram’s own embedded player, which loads from Instagram whether or not you accept, so Instagram and Meta may collect information and set cookies under their own terms. Fonts load from Google’s font servers, which see the IP address of the request. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and SelectBNBs lead to other sites with their own policies.
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for these purposes, or as the law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hi@selectbnbs.com.
